The Nick Davidson Memorial Flying Scholarship awards 1 fully funded Private Pilots Licence every year. This takes place at Biggin Hill Airport in Kent. Although based in the South of England the scholarship can be awarded to anybody from the U.K. We also aim to help individuals gain more exposure to aviation activities.

Charitable objects
3) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT 3.1) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN AVIATION IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION 3.1.1) BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS OR GRANTS TO ASSIST WITH THE COST OF LEARNING TO FLY AND QUALIFYING TO THE STANDARD OF THE PRIVATE PILOT'S LICENCE AND 3.1.2) BY PROVIDING THE EDUCATION THEY NEED TO BECOME A PROFESSIONAL PILOT OR TAKE ON A KEY ROLE IN AVIATION 3.2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN TH EINTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDICIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCILA HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
