TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF BRASS BAND MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC BRASS BAND CONCERTS, TUITION IN THE PLAYING OF BRASS, WIND AND PERCUSSION INSTRUMENTS AND BY OTHER SUCH WAYS AS THE BAND THROUGH ITS COMMITTEE SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
