2.1 THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE RESTRICTED SPECIFICALLY, IN EACH CASE, ONLY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO: 2.1.1 ADVANCE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT; AND 2.1.2 PROVIDE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE TO PEOPLE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES.
