1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF STUDENTS OF ALL ABILITIES AT THE KING'S SCHOOL, CANTERBURY BY PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF ROWING THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, FINANCIAL AND OTHER SUPPORT; 2) TO APPLY THE FUNDS AND OTHER PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY (INCLUDING THOSE HELD BY ANY COMPANY ESTABLISHED AND WHOLLY OWNED BY THE CHARITY) IN PURSUANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
