(I) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN BILBOROUGH, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE BY ASSISTING AND SUPPORTING THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS AT NOTTINGHAM UNIVERSITY SAMWORTH ACADEMY AND FIRBECK ACADEMY
(II) FOSTERING CLOSE TIES BETWEEN THE SCHOOL AND THE COMMUNITY
PROVIDED THAT IF THE SCHOOL CLOSES PERMANENTLY TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN BILBOROUGH NOTTINGHAMSHIRE.
