Provide financial grants to help and support young people (12 to 18 years) from England and Wales, that could not otherwise afford to participate in outdoor learning and leisure activities. Examples include the Duke of Edinburgh Awards, Outward Bounds courses and other outdoor activities, in support of their personal development.
