Operating in South Wales, we provide access/signposting to services. Provide inclusive educational, sporting, arts & social opportunities. As a registered ASDAN centre, we provide access to these alternative courses. We aim to equip children with mindfulness tools to improve resilience & self-esteem thereby reducing the risk of isolation & future mental health problems.
