TO RELIEVE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF MENTALLY HANDICAPPED BOYS AND GIRLS AND YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES AND TO DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERRS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
