FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION, EXPOSURE AND ACCESSIBILITY OF PEOPLE IN THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR THE ARTS OF, DRAMA, DANCE, MUSIC AND MOTION PICTURES PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A PRODUCING THEATRE AND INDEPENDENT CINEMA WITH OUTREACH WORK IN SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES TO WORK WITH VULNERABLE GROUPS TO TACKLE ISSUES OF COMMUNITY COHESION, SOCIAL DEPRIVATION AND WELL-BEING.
