THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND PROTECTION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE UNITED KINGDOM THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF PRACTICE AMONG NON-SURGICAL COSMETIC PRACTITIONERS, WITH SPECIAL FOCUS ON INJECTABLES, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO): DEFINING, CREATING AND MAINTAINING AN EFFECTIVE STRUCTURE TO INFORM THE STANDARD OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING AMONG NON-SURGICAL COSMETIC PRACTITIONERS REGULATION THROUGH THE MAINTENANCE OF A VOLUNTARY REGISTER OF PERSONS, COMPANIES, ORGANISATIONS AND OTHERS WHO ARE FIT TO PRACTICE AS NON-SURGICAL COSMETIC PRACTITIONERS WORKING WITH ALL BODIES INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATIONS, REGULATED STATUTORY BODIES, VOLUNTARY NON-STATUTORY REGULATORY BODIES AND OTHERS WHO ARE ENGAGED WITH NON-SURGICAL COSMETIC PROCEDURES PRACTICE TO AGREE BEST PRACTICE PROCESSES FOR JOINT WORKING IN ORDER TO DEFINE FITNESS TO PRACTICE CRITERIA AND REGISTRANT CONDUCT, INFORMED BY THE STANDARDS OF PRACTICE PROFICIENCY AND SAFE PRACTICE AS SET DOWN BY THE ASSOCIATION OF COSMETIC PRACTITIONERS BRITAIN. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE STUDY, KNOWLEDGE BASE AND PRACTICE OF NON-SURGICAL COSMETIC INTERVENTION PRACTITIONERS TO HELP INFORM AND PROMOTE SAFE, EFFECTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE FIELD OF NON-SURGICAL COSMETIC TREATMENTS WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO INJECTABLES ADVANCING THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE FIELD OF NON-SURGICAL COSMETIC TREATMENTS WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO INJECTABLES PROVIDING KNOWLEDGE AND ADVICE TO STAKEHOLDER BODIES RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING BEST PRACTICE STANDARDS AND/OR LEGAL REQUIREMENTS TO ENSURE PUBLIC SAFETY NOTHING IN THE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
