1) THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN BIRMINGHAM BY PROVIDING DONATIONS OF FOOD FOR LOCAL FOOD BANKS. 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN BIRMINGHAM BY PROVIDING WORKSHOPS RELATING TO HEALTHY EATING AND NUTRITION, COOKING ON A BUDGET AND HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES IN THE HANDLING AND PREPARATION OF FOOD. 3) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PEOPLE RESIDENT IN BIRMINGHAM BY PROVIDING A BEFRIENDING SERVICE AND GROUP OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL CONTACT AND INTERACTION DESIGNED TO RELIEVE SOCIAL ISOLATION AND LONELINESS.
