ASSIST PERSONS AS DEFINED ABOVE TO OBTAIN THEIR FULL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS A CITIZEN; II. PROVIDE LONG TERM FRIENDSHIP AND SUPPORT; AND III. PROVIDE INFORMATION TO PEOPLE WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY.
