Activities - how the charity spends its money
Little Liam's Legacy provides financial assistance to children currently living in Newark on Trent and surrounding areas where there is an identified need. Grants and donations are awarded on a case by case basis either directly to families or through organisations who's objectives are in line with our own. The charity also provides funding to assist research and raise awareness of DIPG.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 1. TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN LIVING IN NEWARK ON TRENT AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; (B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; (C) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH; (D) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE. (2) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH BY HELPING TO FUND RESEARCH AND RAISE AWARENESS OF DIFFUSE INTRINSIC PONTINE GILOMA (DIPG).
