Norwich Spear Trust works with people from all walks of life, predominantly those who are disadvantaged or who lack the skills or confidence to attain employment and/or re-enter education. Starting in West Earlham and then across Norwich we will work with 16-24 year olds not in education, employment or training via specialist support programmes and partnerships with other local organisations
