Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (ÆTHE OBJECTSÆ) ARE: EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE: - THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION. - TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE FIELDS OF HOSPITALITY, GASTRONOMY AND TOURISM (OR CLOSELY RELATED FIELDS). WHO WILL BENEFIT: - TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE IN THE UK AND INTERNATIONALLY WHO ARE UNDERTAKING FORMAL STUDY (E.G. AT COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY) IN HOSPITALITY, GASTRONOMY OR TOURISM; THOSE WHO ARE ENGAGED, OR SEEK TO BE ENGAGED, IN A PROFESSIONAL CAPACITY IN HOSPITALITY, GASTRONOMY OR TOURISM; AND THOSE WHO ARE LEARNING FOR PLEASURE IN THE FIELDS OF HOSPITALITY, GASTRONOMY OR TOURISM. HOW WILL THE TRUST ACHIEVE PUBLIC BENEFIT: - FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE EDUCATION IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY: 1. PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS, AWARDS AND GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS, WITH THE AIM OF DEVELOPING RECIPIENTSÆ CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING. 2.
