To advance education in the arts for the public by providing and promoting opportunities for participation in, and the appreciation, understanding and enjoyment of arts and culture. These will be achieved through the organisation of an annual arts festival and other activities throughout the year in Morley and the surrounding areas using a variety of methods for the benefit of a wide audience.
