THE RELIEF OF THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED IN MEDWAY, KENT AND ELSEWHERE IN THE UK BY REASON OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, ITEMS, FACILITIES AND GRANTS OF MONEY TO RELIEVE THOSE NEEDS, EITHER DIRECTLY OR THROUGH OTHER CHARITIES; AND 3.
