THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:
1) THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:
(A) THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF GENDER;
(B) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS IN EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CREATION OF E-LEARNING TOOLS AND RESOURCES;
(C) CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY
2) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF WOMEN AND GIRLS, WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED, OR ARE AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING, GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE AND ABUSE, INCLUDING BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT, SERVICES AND ITEMS DIRECTED AT IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
3) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 12–16 IN UNDER PRIVILEGED COMMUNITIES THROUGH:
(A) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;
(B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS
