FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RESCUE, REHABILITATE, REHOME OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE FOR THE WELFARE AND RELIEF OF SUFFERING OF UNWANTED OR UNOWNED CATS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN AND AROUND UTTLESFORD DISTRICT COUNCIL AREA, ESSEX, AND TO PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES FOR THOSE PURPOSES. 2. TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CATS BY ADVISING AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ON WELFARE MATTERS AND THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING.
