DIALYSIS FOUNDATION UK

Charity overview
Activities - how the charity spends its money
Dialysis Foundation UK was set up for the purpose of giving financial and emotional support to patients on Dialysis, and to extend to the community by creating awareness and sensitisation about kidney health. It involves going out to open spaces distributing tracts/handfliers to the people supported by a book on how to survive kidney damage based on a patient perspective as written by me.
