THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION OF THE ARTS GENERALLY IN THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN (THE COUNTIES OF MID GLAMORGAN AND SOUTH GLAMORGAN) PARTICULARLY BY THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATIONAL MUSICL CONCERTS AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE ARTS INCLUDING THE ARTS OF MUSIC, BALLET, SINGING, DRAMA, MINE DANCING AND THE FORMULATION, PREPARATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF SCHEMES THEREFORE AND SUCH OTHER ARTISTIC AND CULTRAL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS AS MAY PROPERLY RELATE THERETO.
