THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ASSIST THE INCUMBENT AND PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE PRIORY CHURCH OF EDINGTON, (ALSO KNOWN AS THE CHURCH OF SAINT MARY, SAINT KATHERINE AND ALL SAINTS) (AND HEREIN REFERRED TO AS "THE CHURCH") IN: (1) THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCH; AND/OR (2) THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE FITTINGS AND FURNISHINGS WHERE NECESSARY, SO THAT IT MAY BECOME MORE AND MORE A SOURCE OF INSPIRATION AND A HOUSE OF DEVOTION; AND/OR (3) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE WHICH ARE ANCILLARY TO THE FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS REFERRED TO IN PARAGRAPH (1) AND (2) ABOVE.
