Charitable objects
UPON TRUST FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:- (A) IN THE PURCHASE, LEASE OR OTHER ACQUISITION OF LASERS AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF MEDICAL TREATMENT OR MEDICAL RESEARCH IN THE DISTRICT. (B) IN ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING OR ASSISTING ANY OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A LASER UNIT OR UNITS IN ANY HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTRE OR CENTRES IN THE DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEDICAL TREATMENT OR MEDICAL RESEARCH. (C) IN DONATING TO ANY HOSPITAL OR HOSPITALS MEDICAL CENTRE OR CENTRES IN THE DISTRICT ANY LASERS AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT ACQUIRED BY THE TRUSTEES OR IN LEASING ANY LASERS OR ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT TO ANY HOSPITAL OR CENTRE ON SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT. (D) IN TRAINING AND ASSISTING OTHERS IN THE TRAINING OF DOCTORS, NURSES AND TECHNICIANS AND OTHER PERSONS IN THE USE OF LASERS AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT OR MEDICAL RESEARCH.
