The charity Happy Mondays at Limehouse was the creation of my late husband Vincent McCartney. He was concerned that not enough was being done locally to care for children between the ages of eleven and ensuring that each person who attended was given a hot meal. Happy Mondays provided trainers and tutors for football, boxing, photography, wall climbing and much more. Each child was safe.
