The charity raises public awareness on the importance of healthy living during pregnancy. e.g. diet &nutrition and perinatal mental health/medical issues that may arise both during pregnancy and after pregnancy in mothers and babies. It does this by holding events, workshops focus groups/seminars that are delivered by appropriately qualified practitioners, in line with NHS guidelines,
