THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS, SUFFERING AND INJURY CAUSED BY ANY NATURAL OR MAN MADE DISASTER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY THE PROVISION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL AID, AND THE RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF HEALTH AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES AND THE REHABILITATION & EVACUATION OF SUCH VICTIMS WHERE POSSIBLE. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY PROMOTING THE STUDY AND TRAINING OF AND RESEARCH INTO METHODS OF PROVIDING EMERGENCY MEDICAL AID AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES TO AREAS AFFECTED BY SUCH DISASTERS AND OTHER HUMANITARIAN CRISIS.
