Charitable objects
A)PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (DEFINED BY NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL,RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.B) HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVLEY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPITITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROVE TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.C) ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTRE.D) TO PROMOTE GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT RACES.
