1. To advance the education and training of UK-based Afghans and other ethnicities and their dependants so as to advance them in life and assist them to adapt within a new community. 2. To provide facilities for recreation and liesure-time occupation in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of those persons who have need of such facilities.
