THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN RICHMOND UPON THAMES AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN THE SUBJECT OF PERFORMING ARTS (IN PARTICULAR IN DANCE AND MUSICAL THEATRE) BY: A. ENABLING CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE TO ATTEND CLASSES AT THE KIDZ GOT TALENT ACADEMY (THE “SCHOOL”) OR OTHER DANCE SCHOOLS WHO WOULD WITHOUT SUCH SUPPORT NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND CLASSES BY REASON OF THEIR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; B. SUBSIDISING COMPETITION, SHOW AND EVENT EXPENSES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COSTUMES AND ENTRY FEES) THAT WILL ENABLE STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL TO EXPERIENCE A MORE BROAD RANGE OF OPPORTUNITIES THAN THEY OTHERWISE WOULD BY REASON OF THEIR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; C. FUNDING SPECIALIST TEACHERS AND ADVISORS TO SUPPORT STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL WHO HAVE ADDITIONAL NEEDS BY REASON OF THEIR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND/OR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES; AND D. DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL.
