To promote the arts in Redcar and Cleveland, in Guisborough and the surrounding area in particular, but not exclusively through the provision and creation of performances and educational projects for the public benefit. To establish or secure the establishment of an arts centre and to maintain and manage such a centre for the activities promoted by the charity.
