HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS AND CAPACITIES WHEN DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PERSONAL SITUATIONS; ? PROVIDING ACCESS TO COUNSELLING AND MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS WHEN REQUIRED; ? THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES TO ALLOW YOUNG PEOPLE TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES AND USE AS A COPING MECHANISM FROM CHALLENGING SITUATIONS THAT MAY HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THEIR LIVES; ?
