Charitable objects
THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF KIDWELLY AND THE SURROUNDINGS THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER TO COOPERATE WITH ANY STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CENTRE.
