Charitable objects
1) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE BENEFICIARIES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION GROUND. 2) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE BENEFICIARIES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION. 3)THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEE FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT STATED AT 4(1) ABOVE AND SHALL CONTINUE TO BE NAMED "THE JOHN ATKINSON MEMORIAL PLAYING FIELD". 4) IF SOME OR ALL OF THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 2 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OBJECTS STATED AT 4(1) AND 4(2) THE SAID LAND MAY BE USED FOR THE PROMOTION OF GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF HELMSLEY..
