Releive the needs of people in Norwich & the surrounding area by the provision of mobile & static public care services for charitable and health activities, to help people on the streets, the homeless & other public places, giving guidance, support & medical help which assist in preserving public order, avoid anti-social behaviour, provide a safe place for anyone in need.
