Providing accommodation for all local groups, clubs, families and societies to enjoy all the normal facilities of a community centre for as low a price as possible (lowest in the area). Facilities include;- dancing, dance tuition (incl ballet), meeting rooms, sports and recreation, parties and celebrations, garden clubs & societies, stroke club, slimming classes, toddlers groups.

Charitable objects
(1) TO PROMOTE THE WELLBEING OF THE COMMUNITY RESIDENT IN OUTWOOD AND DISTRICT BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND RESIDENT IN A COMMON EFFORT TO FURTHER HEALTH, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TRAINING AND RECREATION, AND SOCIAL, MORAL AND INTELECTUAL DEVELOPMENT, AND TO FOSTER A COMMUNITY SPRIT FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THIS AND OTHER SUCH OBJECTS. (2) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN OR MANAGE, OR TO CO-OPERATE WITH ANY LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITY OR AUTHORITIES IN THE MAINTENANCE OR MANAGEMENT OF SUCH CENTRE, FOR THE ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE ASSOCIATION AND ITS CONSTITUENT BODIES IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS OR ANY OF THEM. THE CHARITY SHALL BE NON-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION
