TO PROMOTE ART AND CULTURE BY, INCLUDING BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, A) COMMISSIONING, PURCHASING OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRING OR LENDING SCULPTURES AND OTHER WORKS OF ART FOR DISPLAY IN PUBLIC PLACES IN MUSEUMS AND EXHIBITIONS IN HARLOW AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS; B) PRESERVING AND PROMOTING THE ARTISTIC AND ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE OF HARLOW AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS; AND 1.1.2 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN ART AND CULTURE, INCLUDING BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR THE INHABITANTS OF HARLOW AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND ALL THOSE WHO STUDY, VISIT AND WORK THERE.
