FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO IMPROVE, ADVANCE AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ART OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS, IN PARTICULAR BY STAGING A BIENNIAL CLASSICAL INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC COMPETITION IN BEXHILL, EAST SUSSEX PROVIDING PUBLIC CONCERTS AT DE LA WARR PAVILION, TOGETHER WITH YEAR ROUND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND OTHER LIVE MUSIC EVENTS DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE THE APPRECIATION OF MUSIC AMONG ALL AGE GROUPS. THE ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE OF YOUNG ARTISTS BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, WORKSHOPS, TRAINING, AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT.
