TO PROVIDE A CASH PRIZE FOR TH BOY WITH THE BEST ALL ROUND PERFORMANCE AT STOCKPORT SCHOOL, MILE END, STOCKPORT AND RESIDING IN THE AREA THAT WAS THE FORMER "U" GROUP WARDENS AREA OF THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF STOCKPORT.
