TO ESTABLISH, EQUIP AND MAINTAIN A MEDICAL CENTRE COMPRISING A MEDICAL LIBRARY, MUSEUM AND TO PROVIDE OTHER FACILITIES FOR POST GRADUATE TRAINING, TEACHING, AND MEDICAL AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH.
