Charitable objects
INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- 1) IN OR TOWARDS PRODIVING FOR AMOTHERBY COUNTY PRIMARY SCHOOL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL; 2) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREINAFTER CONTAINED; 3) IN THE PROVISION OR SUPPORT OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR SUCH PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
