UPOM TRUST TO APPLY BOTH THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE BENEVOLENT FUND TO OR FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY THE PROVISION OF MAMENITIES FOR BOTH IN-PATIENTS AND OUT-PATIENTS OF QUEEN VICTORIA HOSPITAL MORECAMBE SO AS TO ENSURE THEIR COMFORD AND ASSIST THEIR TREATMENT AND RECOVERY AND OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUTED MEETINGS FROM TIME TO TIME.
