To promote, maintain & develop 'The Ancient Cattle of Wales /Gwartheg Hynafol Cymru' for benefit of the public at large in Wales & countries within the United Kingdom & Ireland, including an agreed breed standard, maintaining & publishing a herd book of registered pedigree cattle & monitoring the upgrading of foundation stock. To record the history, qualities & strengths of the breed & research.
