Oversee all donations and gifts made to St. John the Evangelist primary school. Ensure that a proper record is kept of all monies received. Receive/approve the accounts annually and to ensure that they are properly prepared/audited. Consider all requests from the School or the School Governors for any aid or financial help for projects that would benefit the school or its pupils.
