The exclusively charitable objects for which the Company is established are the organisation and provision of facilities for rowing, other physical recreation, the arts and practical education for the benefit of young people of all ethnic groups in local communities with the object of improving the condition of life of the young people by encouraging teamwork, camaraderie, discipline and confidence building from the participation in the activities provided, and in the interests of social welfare, facilities for the use of the public in the U K.
