1 PROVISION, UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL AND RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF FOXTON: 2 $75 IN ASSISTING PERSONS WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARD AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN OR WHO HAVE A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF FOXTON IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: A) IN AWARDING EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL, TRAINING COLLEGE FOR TEACHERS, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER EDUCATION INCLUDING SUCH INSTITUTIONS AS PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL OR TECHNICAL TRAING TO BE AWARDED UNDER RULES TO BE MADE BY THE TRUSTEES, INCLUDING RULES AS TO THE VALUE AND PERIOD OF TENURE OF THE AWARDS, AND THE QUALIFICATIONS AND METHODS OF ASCERTAINMENT AND SELECTION OF BENEFICIARIES; B) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TO ASSIST PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO PREPARE FOR OR ENTER INTO A PROFESSION, TRADE OF CALLING; C) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO TRAVEL, WHETHER IN THIS COUNTRY OR ABROAD, TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION; D) IN MAKING GRANTS TO ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION IN OR NEAR THE SAID PARISH WHOSE OBJECTS ARE DIRECTED TO ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS OR IMPROVING THEIR CON
