1) THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE BY ALL AVAILABLE MEANS OF ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSES OF BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH RELIEF OR ASSISTANCE BY REASON OF POVERTY, DISABILITY, SICKNESS, INFIRMITY OR OTHERWISE NAMELY: I) ALL SOLDIERS II) ALL WIDOWS, CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN OR GREAT GRANDCHILDREN OR OTHER DEPENDANTS OR LATE DEPENDANTS (INCLUDING PARENTS) OF ANY SOLIDER. III) ALL MEMBERS OF THE POLISH WOMEN'S SERVICES WHO SERVED WITH THE 15TH INFANTRY BATTALION AND THE WIDOWER'S, CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN AND GREAT GRANDCHILDREN OF SUCH PERSONS (IV) OTHER SERVICE PERSONNEL WHO SERVED WITH UNITS OF THE POLISH ARMED FORCES UNDER BRITISH COMMAND DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR AND THE DEPENDENTS, WIDOWS, WIDOWERS, CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN AND GREAT GRANDCHILDREN OF SUCH PERSONS. (2) THE CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GRAVE OF ANY DECEASED SOLDIER. (3) THE CUSTODY AND SAFEKEEPING OF THE COLOURS AND MEMENTOES OF THE BATTALION AND THE ACQUISITION OF APPROPRIATE FACILITIES FOR THAT PURPOSE AND OF FINANCIAL HELP TO MUSEUMS AND OTHER SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS WHERE THE COLOURS AND MEMENTOES ARE CURRENTLY LOCATED OR MAY BE LOCATED PROVIDED THAT THE COLOURS AND MEMENTOES SHALL BE ON DISPLAY AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. (4) THE MAINTENANCE OF POLISH MILITARY MEMORIALS WHICH ARE OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THEM FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS AS WITNESS TO THE EFFORTS OF THE POLISH ARMED FORCES DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR. (5) THE UNDERTAKING OR COMMISSIONING OF RESEARCH, AND THE PUBLIC DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH, INTO THE HISTORY AND MILITARY ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE BATTALION AND THE POLISH ARMED FORCES DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR AND THEREBY PERPETUATING THE DEEDS OF THE BATTALION AND THE POLISH ARMED FORCES. (6) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE WELFARE AND BENEFIT OF FORMER SOLDIERS.
