THE RELIEF IN NEED OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT ELSEWHERE IN THE AREA OF THE FORMER METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF FINSBURY WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. 3. THE PAYMENT OF PENSIONS TO POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER OF NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE WHO HAVE RESIDED OR BEEN EMPLOYED IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST SEPULCHRE (AS IN 1912) FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS.
