Gwrthrychau elusennol
2.1 establish, manage and maintain residential homes and day care opportunities for the benefit of people with learning disabilities who require personal care, education or training, enabling them to take their place in the world as useful cizitens; and
2.2 assist in such ways as the Trustees think fit the advancement of education and social welfare of the residents of Newland Hurst (or such other residential care home from time to time as the case may be) for public benefit.
