3. The objects for which the Company is formed are, for the public benefit:
3.1 to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of charities and the effective use of charitable resources by charitable and non-charitable bodies, provided that the Trustees shall give preference to:
(a) organisations whose work is concerned with the relief of need because of disability; and
(b) organisations working in Greater London, in particular the London Borough of Lambeth; and
3.2 to fulfil any other charitable object which is wholly and exclusively charitable by the laws of England and Wales.
