1) TO PROVIDE GRANTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY WIDOW, WIDOWER, FORMER SPOUSE, SEPARATED SPOUSE, OR CHILD OF A DECEASED MEMBER OF THE CLERGY OR FORMER SPOUSE OR SEPARATED SPOUSE OF ANY MEMBER OF THE CLERGY, IN EITHER CASE WHO HAD AT ANY TIME BEEN BENEFICED OR LICENSED OR HELD ANY ECCLESIASTICAL PREFERMENT IN THE DIOCESE OF TRURO AND WHO IS IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY. 2) TO PROVIDE GRANTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY WIDOW, WIDOWER, FORMER SPOUSE, SEPARATED SPOUSE, OR CHILD OF A DECEASED MEMBER OF THE CLERGY OR FORMER SPOUSE OR SEPARATED SPOUSE OF ANY MEMBER OF THE CLERGY, IN EITHER CASE WHO HAD AT ANY TIME BEEN BENEFICED OR LICENSED OR HELD ANY ECCLESIASTICAL PREFERMENT IN ANY DIOCESE OF THE ANGLICAN COMMUNION AND WHO IS IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY, PROVIDED THAT THE WIDOW ETC. IS RESIDENT IN THE DIOCESE OF TRURO. 3) TO PROVIDE GRANTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY RETIRED MEMBER OF THE CLERGY OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO HAS AT ANY TIME BEEN BENEFICED OR LICENSED OR HELD ANY ECCLESIASTICAL PREFERMENT WITHIN THE DIOCESE OF TRURO WHO IS IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY. 4) TO PROVIDE GRANTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY RETIRED MEMBER OF THE CLERGY OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO HAS BEEN BENEFICED OR LICENSED OR HELD ANY ECCLESIASTICAL PREFERMENT IN ANY DIOCESE OF THE ANGLICAN COMMUNION AND IS RESIDENT IN THE DIOCESE OF TRURO AND IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY.
